I have filled up this application after reading all the instructions in the prospectus carefully. I am liable to be punished by expulsion from the institute on any legal action may also be Instituted against me for furnishing also information. I agree to pay the fees as per rules of the institution and I bound to join in house Industrial training in any kind of Hotel according the Instruction from my Institute for my Education purpose. During / After the Industrial Training, If the Hotel offers me any job, I will must accept it, without that the Institute may not be liable to give further placement.
